How can I get a male model body..?? - male model workout

I want to make a male modeling agency that suggests someone is an exercise program to me in this ...!!?? helps Donin

  1. It is a model still fit and BOD should not eat foods high in fat (which is the day of indulgence, if you do not eat something in the diet, but only once every 10 to 13 days, but I'll give you all the way way if possible). Vegetables and fruits are imporatnt!
    Follow the table of the kitchen: 2 protein (meat, eggs ..), 3 dairy, fruits, 2-4, 3-5 vegetables and 6 or more grains. It is difficult to meet, but it's worth it!

    Counting calories is a pain, but it works ... to lose a pound in 3500 ... take the time to do things!

    My boyfriend went to Bally Fitness and contribute to a diet and training ... they are great and wonderful work, lose weight and they are safe and healthy!

  2. a serious training in my opinion. just watch what u eat, lift weights, do push-ups, and go regularaly # 2 =] I think this work!

  4. I work every day and try to eat healthier, and the amount of calories, about [ 2000 calories per day is good] personal trainer also very useful [which can be expensive, but definitely worth]

  8. Some sites say the same things. Cardio, cardio, cardio. I got it! Start slowly and cautiously to add to your workout. You need some kind of cardiovascular exercise to at least 30 minutes four days a week.

    After heart is the diet. Well, this can be confusing, with conflicting reports about the loss of so many diets. Reducing carbohydrates are important, but they still need. Stop eating carbohydrates at 7pm. Stopping to eat fried food all together. No more soda ash. Studies suggest that drinking diet soft drinks are thicker than drinking regular soft drinks. Some studies suggest that the sweetness of soda makes your body want more candy. Protein is the key, you need protein.

    Once you start to lose a few pounds and be used to compile and then add strength training. When you connect most gyms offer a free training. Take it! So go buy some training books. Rodale publisher to print the journals of several fitness books. Keep the 30 minutes of cardio, but adding a couple of days training with weights.

    All of this is you on your way to a human body glad to help. They were thinking too, that every image you see in magazines in Photoshop. No one looks like a male model in a magazine.
