Is there anything more desperate than that? I blackberry freezer for about a month or so ago that never caught on - the whole job for nothing. I followed the directions exactly, then the conclusion that something is wrong (with my box of pectin, although the same brand I always used). It's really something you can do to work together to solve this problem. You said it's more like syrup - can you Muscat is a use for the syrup? You might try pouring a little on ice in a tall glass and give a little soda siphon Muscat.
